Trauma-informed therapy for people who feel exhausted from surviving.

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, identity questions, burnout, and the lasting effects of painful life experiences. My approach is relational, experiential, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe connection—not just symptom management.

Serving adults throughout Oregon via telehealth and in-person sessions in Bend, with a commitment to inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive care for people from diverse backgrounds and identities.

You may be feeling

  • Stuck in patterns you logically understand but still cannot seem to change
  • Emotionally exhausted from constantly holding everything together
  • Disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or your sense of meaning
  • Trapped in cycles of anxiety, avoidance, shame, or self-criticism
  • Burned out from surviving for too long
  • Like traditional therapy helped you understand yourself, but did not fully help you heal
  • Unsure how to slow your mind or feel emotionally safe
  • Frustrated that you can support everyone else while struggling privately yourself

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe many emotional struggles are not signs that something is “wrong” with you, but adaptations your mind and nervous system developed to survive difficult experiences.Therapy is not about becoming a perfect person or forcing yourself to think positively. It is about understanding the emotional patterns, protective strategies, and unmet needs that shaped you—and creating the conditions for meaningful, lasting change.

My approach integrates:
— Attachment theory
— Experiential therapies
— Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
— Trauma-informed care
— Memory reconsolidation principles
— Relational and existential approaches
— Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT)

I believe insight alone is often not enough. Lasting change usually happens through emotionally meaningful experiences, safe relationships, nervous system regulation, and practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational, emotionally honest, and paced safely. I strive to create a space where you do not need to perform wellness, hide parts of yourself, or carry everything alone.

What Therapy Looks Like

Therapy with me is not about judgment, perfection, or “fixing” you.

It is about building a safe enough space to explore what has shaped you, what still hurts, and what keeps you stuck. Some sessions may focus on emotional processing and deeper exploration, while others may focus more on grounding, insight, practical strategies, or navigating daily life stressors.

You do not need to know exactly what to say in therapy. You also do not need to be in crisis for therapy to be valuable.

Many people come to therapy because they are tired of surviving in ways that no longer feel sustainable.
